Returns Policy

We will exchange or refund your purchase (with prior notification) within 14 days of the original shipment date. All returned item(s) must be accompanied with a note or copy of invoice with clear instructions. The item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to obtain an exchange or refund (minus any shipping costs.)

We will not accept returns on branded items or items previously worn.

Additional delivery charges may apply in some exchange/refund circumstances. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship) or not as per ordered. Where the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered, we will provide a full refund or exchange at no cost to the customer.
Murnane Print Group is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. All packages should be returned to us via a trackable method.

Return Policy for Afterpay Sales
We now offer you an opportunity to process and complete orders via afterpay. However, we will charge a
re-stocking fee of $16.50 inc gst (charged by our supplier) & postage paid will be sub-tracked from the original sale amount. Murnane Print Group will absorb the 6% fee paid to afterpay. 
Do you offer exchange via afterpay?
Yes, feel free to send back at your expense (please include a pre paid postage bag) and instructions to ease the process. We will invoice for postage if prepaid bag is not included before dispatching said order..
